Here's some working codes for this game, tested in the official 0.9.1 release
there are too many codes so I'll just put it here. Enjoy!

I still have one more cheat that haven't tested yet, the character modifier codes, once I confirm it's working I'll add it here.

I put the whole thing in the .ini file, changed C0 to C1 to enable it, reloaded the cheats and pressed Select+Up, but time still moved forward. Am i doing something wrong or am i misunderstanding the use of this cheat?

you might be on the eu version if so change the ulus-10512 in the main code to ULES-01523

sry if this is a thread necro or the wrong place to post this, but know know or could make a exp multi code for after battle? there was one for p3fes, and its a useful code, if someone could maybe make one or direct me on how to make it i would appreciate it, other wise its ok, i can just use what is here and play on beginner lol

if you want to add stop time codes just remove some trigger for activating codes Example =
_C0 Stop Time of Day = ON
_L 0x2000EC24 0x00000000

because current ppsspp version can't detect trigger codes you must activate only one of this code in .ini file, eg when you need to stop time input ON codes and the opposite for advanced in time.

Hi!
I was wondering if it was possible to make a code that allows for Shinjiro to be selectable after the events on October 4th? In the game he leaves the party permanently after that and I'd like to use keep using him.
If I use a party modifier code, I can put him in the party, but I still can't access his equipment screen (making him useless in the long run) or add/remove him from the party manually at the Tartarus Entrance. So I was wondering if it was possible to create a code that lets the player put him in the party at the Tartarus Entrance even after October 4th? (And also access his equipment of course.)
I don't know how P3P is programmed, so this might be extremely easy (just changing some values to make the game think October 4th hasn't passed yet and Shinjiro is selectable) or completely undoable. So, can anyone make a code like this? It would be awesome.

May I get a normal enemies code please? I turned on the rare enemies code and I can't change them back. Please help! Thanks.

Your All Weapons Part 1 code might be a bit off... I got the same type of code from a different page, but Part 1 appeared in the cheat menu, where as yours only displayed Part 2...

Part 1 didn't appear because it written C0... You should change it to _C0 or _C1 to make it appear...

You've probably figured it out, but... I'll put it on here anyway. There might be some who still don't know. (Post a comment if I helped you~)
If you're using Android:
•Open the game, enable cheats by pressing the back button and then settings.
•Download ES File Explorer.
•Open ES then go to the PSP folder, cheats.
•You'll see a .ini. Open it and tap on the options buttons on the upper right corner. Edit and paste your cheats. (You should put 'C1' by the way — instead of 'C0' if you're going to use the cheat. I don't really understand why you need to do that when you can enable it using the emulator, but just rename it anyway.)
(I don't have it on Windows, but I assume it's the same.)
If you're using Windows:
•Go to the PSP folder then cheats.
•Open the .ini using notepad or any other text editor.
•Paste cheats.

Hey there. Sorry to bump this topic up, but I figured it would be better than creating a separate topic focusing on the same thing.
Anyway, I have a few questions regarding codes for this game. I've only just recently found the PPSSPP emulator so I have very little experience with it. The one I have is ver 0.9.9.1. Anyway, I'm trying to figure out how to input and use cheats with this emulator, but even after reading the explanations, I'm a little confused.
The cods I'd like to use are these posted in this topic above:

If I understand the instructions correctly, I need to enter the Cheats folder located inside the ppsspp folder. (for me, the cheats folder is inside the memcard folder in the ppsspp folder) and then open up some ini file. I don't know what an ini file is, but there's only one file inside there, named ULUS10512, so I opened that by double-clicking on it, which in turn opened notepad. Then, I past the codes, exactly as shown above, into the notepad that just opened and then save, yes?
I've done that, checkmarked 'enable cheats' in the system settings of the emulator and then started the game and loaded my file, but none of the cheats were active. I have to assume I've done something wrong. Does anyone happen to know what it is? I've played through the original Persona 3 on PS2 many times, so I'd very much like to go through this one with those particular cheats for a different experience.

Does anyone have a code to give the player 0 EXP per battle in P3P?
